There are several resources for training your Super users and Standard users of the SwiftK12 for PowerSchool messaging system.
The following information is for training on general setup/implementation and basic use of the system only. For training on specific modules such as PDF Builder or PowerTeacher, please go to the specific section for those modules within the Knowledge Base for more information.
Training
Courses are available through our Rave Academy website. Anyone taking a course will need to register on Rave Academy by going to https://ravemobilesafety.litmos.com/self-signup . You will be prompted to register, and will need to use one of the following course codes based on your role.
Super User: K12ADMINUSERS
Standard User: K12BASICUSERS
You will receive two email acknowledgements once you have registered. As a new user, you will want to use the first email, and disregard the second. A brief video with instructions on how to use the training site is available. Once you have reviewed, or decided to skip the video, you can “x” out of the box, and click on the SwiftK12 Users Learning Path in the box to your left. There are different courses available based on whether your role is a Super user (Admin) or Standard user (Basic).
You can return to http://training.ravemobilesafety.com at any time in the future to continue working on your courses.
Knowledge Base
Alert Solutions' Knowledge Base provides a broad range of step-by-step instructions for different processes within SwiftK12, in addition to a number of video tutorials. Our Knowledge Base is found within SwiftK12 by clicking on the blue Knowledge Base button on the top-left corner of the screen.

For your Standard users who will be sending general messages in the system, it is recommended that they also visit the Knowledge Base, and review the SwiftK12 Basic Training Video.
