How to Activate/Deactivate a User in SwiftK12

Activating/enabling a user:

1. Go to SwiftK12 > Settings > Users.
2. You will then be able to use the Search criteria box to find the user that you wish you activate.
   • You can search by a first name, last name, full name, or PowerSchool username.
3. After you have entered some search criteria, click the Search button.
4. Once you have located the correct user, you will see a toggle switch that says Activate.
5. Click on Activate and the user will now be able to access SwiftK12.

Deactivating/Disabling a user:

1. Go to SwiftK12 > Settings > Users.
2. You will then be able to use the Search criteria box to find the user that you wish you deactivate.
   • You can search by a first name, last name, full name, or PowerSchool username.
3. After you have entered some search criteria, click the Search button.
4. Once you have located the correct user, you will see a toggle switch that says Deactivate.
5. Click on Deactivate and the user will no longer be able to access SwiftK12.

Tip: You can also filter the list of users by selecting Active or Inactive in the SwiftK12 users section. This is done by selecting the correct filter bubble above the Search box and selecting the appropriate filter.
