Duplicate Contact Filtering is a setting that filters out contacts from the main alert because their contact information is already present for another alert recipient. This will prevent duplicate phone calls, emails, or text messages from being sent to the same phone number or email address multiple times.
Enabling Duplicate Contact Filtering
- By default, Duplicate Contact Filtering is enabled for all alerts in SwiftK12.
Disabling Duplicate Contact Filtering
When sending an alert through SwiftK12, go to the Manage Duplicate Contacts section.
Uncheck the Enable Duplicate Contact Filtering checkbox.
