- From your SwiftK12 home page, click on Settings on the top right of the page.
- Under System Settings, click on Contact Field Mappings.
- On the Contacts Field Mappings page in SwiftK12, the names all the contact fields that have been set up for your account will be listed here.
- To assign categories to fields and/or view what alert categories are assigned to the field, you would click on the Categories (X) button located to the left of each field.
- The category boxes that have a check mark next to their name designate that they are assigned to that respective field.
When an alert is sent to a category, all the fields that are assigned to that category will receive the message.
