To reset the password for a SwiftK12 Standalone user, follow the steps below:
Note: Only account users who are Super Users have the ability to reset passwords.
- On the SwiftK12 home page, click on the word Settings on the top right of the page.
- Under System Settings, click on Users.
- Under the heading Username in the blue header box, find the user name you need to reset the password for.
- On the Account Users page under the heading Mobile App, click on the orange Reset Mobile Pass button.
- A Reset Mobile Password pop up box will appear.
- Click on the Reset Password button on the bottom left of the box.
- The user will receive a new temporary password via text/SMS message to their mobile phone.
- They will need to sign in with their user name and temporary password that was sent via text message to their phone.
- Once they sign back in, they will be able to change their password to a new one.
