How to create a new user in Swiftk12 Standalone
1. Log in to your Swiftk12.
2. Go to the Settings tab in the top right- hand corner
3. Scroll Down to the Users Tab
4. Click the Orange "Add User" Tab
5. Enter the person's Last and First name (Ex: Doe, John), Followed by a desired username and their cell phone number (a temporary password will be immediately sent to them via text).
6. Click Save
Now you will see you new user listed with all the other users
7. Click the activate button to the left of their user name
8. Then Click to Assign them to the appropriate building(s) Note: if you do not assign them to a building they will not be able to log in to Swiftk12
9. Choose to leave the User as a standard admin user or to make them a Super User by clicking on the toggle labeled "Standard" to change it to "Super." A Super is able to access the Users page and make changes like you are now.
Once you Activate the new User, Share with them the username you created for them and the schools customer code. They should have received a text with a temporary password
They will go to K12.swiftreach.com to log in with their credentials
Once they log in they can change their password by click the orange password button.
Once you fill out the required fields, be sure to click "Change"
