Here are the 3 troubleshooting steps to take when you do not see any templates in the template dropdown while creating an email message in SwiftK12.
1. Make sure you are logged into the school/district that has the templates.
2. Make sure none of the template names have any special characters, if so remove them.
3. Check to see if any of the templates have a ' in the HTML
- Click the source button in the template to see the HTML.
- If there is a ' in the textual content such as (this is John's template) you can just delete the '.
- If the ' is used as a ", then replace the ' with a ".
