Please follow the simple steps below to reset a password for a Swift911 User. As a reminder, only a Super user or Admin user on your account can reset a password.
Step 1: Log in to SWIFT911v4.com and click on the Account Management button. This is the middle button on the upper righthand corner of the Swift911 screen that looks like three people.
Step 2: From the dropdown click on User Administration and find the user account you wish to reset.
Step 3: Click the Edit Profile button next to the user’s name and choose the Reset Password option.
Step 4: Click Ok in the pop-up window and Apply to exit the window.
A new password will be emailed to the user. The user can then change it themselves, if desired, by clicking on the same three people in the upper righthand corner and clicking on Change Password.
